Common Questions

I haven’t received a tracking number for my order?

If you place an order Monday through Friday, we’ll print your shipping label and send you a tracking number email within 48 hours of confirming your payment. But heads up, we don’t ship on weekends. So, if you order after 3 pm on a Friday, we’ll do our best to process quickly but generally this will carry over to the following week and send you tracking info. No worries though, we’ve got you covered!

What do I do if I have an issue with my order?

If there’s an issue with your order or you’re missing items, please use the contact form on our website. Fill in your name, email, order number, and provide a detailed description of the problem in the message section. We’ll respond as quickly as possible, typically within 24 to 48 hours, and work to resolve the issue for you.

How do you handle returns?

Why do my research peptide vials look empty?

If your peptide bottle looks nearly empty, don’t worry – it’s supposed to be that way. We don’t use any fillers like mannitol or lactose in our products, as they can be harmful to some users, such as those with lactose intolerance. This means that the actual peptide powder, especially in 5 mg and 10 mg bottles, may appear to be a very small amount, sometimes resembling just a few grains of sand. Rest assured, the correct quantity of peptide is in the bottle, ready to be reconstituted and used in your research.

How long does it take for my order to arrive?

USPS Priority Mail or UPS 2nd Day Air/Ground: typically 2-5 days minus delays, please note that USPS/UPS delays, holidays and Sundays may cause additional delays beyond our control. Visit our Shipping Refund Returns Policy for more information. 

Do you sell or ship outside of the USA?

We do not sell or ship internationally. 

Managing Your Account

How do I manage my account?

To manage your account, log in to your account using your email and password. From there, you can view order history, track current orders, update shipping or billing info, and change your password. If you need any help accessing your account or have other account-related questions, email us at [email protected] or fill out our contact form.

How do I cancel my account?

To cancel your account, please send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Account Cancellation.” In the email, provide your full name and the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 1-3 business days. Please note that canceling your account will not automatically cancel any active orders or subscriptions. If you wish to cancel an order or subscription, please mention that in your cancellation email, and we’ll take care of it for you.
